Attached is the Authorization Letter. Bring this with you during your store visit to prevent any issues. This is a Home Depot approved project. We are performing the job on behalf of Pivotal Retail Group. Please inform the tool rental employee on duty that you are here for Pivotal. *Please note this job is paid on a flat rate as a contractor. We need to have a W-9 and contractor agreement on file. Please note that if you make under $600 per year you will not receive income reporting, however the W-9 and contractor agreement are required.
Attached is the Tool Rental Mapping Survey. Print this out so you will have the necessary survey questions to perform the job.
From a tool standpoint, you need a tape measure, pencil or pen and camera (or phone). A clipboard may also be helpful. When taking pictures set resolution between 1/4th mb to 1mb otherwise inputting/uploading takes five hours instead of two or three. You have been warned.
Attached is a sample sketch. Steps to complete the sketch are: #1 Use a Black Pen #2 Width & Depth of the Tool Rental Center
#3 Width & Depth of Maintenance Room #4 Width, Location & Depth of Outside Storage, #5 Width of all doors,
#6 Objects labeled #7 List Store #8 Fax to 1-855-220-3240. You also have the option to take a good picture of the sketch and attach it to the "File" section of each store in the agilitynow.com software instead of faxing. Please make sure it is a legible picture. Don't bog down on the sketch. You will be surprised at how fast you can make one and it does not have to be perfect to scale. Get it done and fax or attach it as a picture file. We would recommend pressing firmly when drawing the sketch to make sure it is legible after being faxed or uploaded. Please note that some instructions for the sketch ask for measurements of almost every inch, but these measurements are not necessary. The #1-#8 above have been approved as all that is needed on the sketch. Please note the sample sketch in the instructions is not a very good example because they do want to knwo where the outside storage is in relation to the outside door. Please see the example below of a sketch but note that the tool rental desk might actually have extra fixtures and not juts be a rectangle as shown on sample.

Below are training videos for each aspect of the Tool Rental Mapping Survey. There are some special situations to each survey so listen carefully. We recommend completing one in store visit & then performing the at home inputting on agilitynow.com survey tool before proceeding with the next store. It will save you from repeating any mistakes on additional store visits. If you don't have your agilitynow login and password contact your scheduler or the main office at 1-800-401-7976 or 770-460-9898. If you are unsure of your store assignmemts, definitely call the office. Videos are in standard .wmv format. They should be viewable in most browsers through internet explorer or google chrome. Firefox is experiencing trouble with the videos. Make sure to turn your volume to high and listen in a secluded space when viewing the training videos. We will attempt to have higher volume for future training videos.

Estimated in store visit time is 1 1/2 to 3 hours. Estimated survey inputting time is 3 to 5 hours depending largely on internet speed & picture size. Brace for the long computer survey and picture upload time. Most prefer the store visit because it is somewhat enjoyable proceeding from task to task seeing the job get done. The computer inputting of course is 100% necessary. It is easy but time consuming. The longer input time is also why the job is estimated at 6 to 8 hours to complete. If it were just the store visit the job would only pay a maximum of three hours so you are getting paid for the long data entry time. We are working to see if it is possible to make the process faster for this wave and/or future monthly visits. Presently you do have to upload one picture at a time, but we are hoping to add a batch upload feature. You will find that with each successive store you should be able to get to get to a the lower range of estimated job completion time.

1)Your store assignments
2)Your agilitynow.com welcome invite e-mail with password. While you can go do a store without it you cannot input your survey answers without teh agilitynow.com password and login. Once you login start by entering your store # and it prompts you to start filling out surveys and adding bays, etc. until completion. If you have any questions please call the main office at 770-460-9898.
3)Print the store authorization letter, Tool Rental Mapping Survey & Sample Sketch from above along of course with a tape measure and preferably black pen to have your info to go do the in store visit.
4)Prepare and fax in the sketch.
5)Input the pictures and answer the survey questions online. The three bigges drawbacks to the online survey (agilitynow.com) are: 1)If you take high resoloution 12mb pics. Don't do that. Take low resolution under 1mb pics. 2)Try to get a computer with decent/fast internet speed 3)make sure you have a method for knowing which picture goes with each bay. You will be prompted to upload one at a time so you will need to have each referenced or know the order that you took them.
*All stores have now been activated and the program is launched. It is very important to get that first store done AND input it for processing. If pertinent information is not performed you may be asked to return to the store for a full completion. If pictures are able to identify missing information, then all attempts will be made to try to complete the three dimensional drawings of the tool rental department without having you to return to the store.
The three dimensional drawings take time. We have been asked to keep a steady flow of completed input stores so please input stores as you go and don't just do all visits without inputting the data. Meaning Pivotal needs completed stores now and not 1,000 stores all completed at the end of the month. The project must be completed in full by July 31st. It is not necessary to have the store sign off on anything. The pay will be determined when the inputted entry is completed. You must complete the store and enter it into the survey software with all pictures included to get paid for this assignment. Payroll is mailed or added to payroll debit visa cards each Wednesday of every week. If you would like a visa payroll debit card call the office at 1-800-401-7976 or 770-460-9898.
You should not have to do any heavy lifting work with this survey. You are definitely cleared to start making in store visits. You may still make your first in store visit attempt with the information attached on this website and we will promptly get your agility now access as quickly as possible.
